What kind of support is included with your EQUISYM?

One of ARIONEO’s strengths is providing our customers with a level of service and support that you won’t necessarily find elsewhere!

Prior to your delivery, your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) will contact you to introduce themselves and ensure that everything is in place for your delivery.

Following this, your CSM will be available to assist you in using EQUISYM:

  • To answer your questions about getting started with the system,
  • To help you understand and analyse the data (particularly important during your first few months of use, until you feel comfortable with the graphs!),
  • To write reports to provide to customers or for your own use,
  • To inform you of updates and potential changes to the system,
  • To offer you occasional events/meetings/video conferences that may be of interest to you.

Your dedicated CSM will also be able to put you in touch with customer service if necessary or answer technical questions in case of problems with your system. If he/she does not have the answer to your question, he/she will know who to contact for the information!

Don’t hesitate to reach out to your CSM and share interesting cases with them! They are always eager to improve and learn more! 😁
