- The support is fully covered according to the conditions detailed in the General Terms and Conditions (GTL). You just need to call your sales representative or the support team to receive assistance with your issues or to request a standard replacement of your products.
… YOU HAVE PURCHASED EQUISYM:
- You have subscribed to the additional warranty for a period of 4 years. The support is fully covered according to the conditions detailed in the General Sales Conditions (GSC). You just need to call your sales representative or the support team to receive assistance with your issues or to request a standard replacement of your products.
- You have not subscribed to the additional warranty. The legal warranty for parts and labor applies for a period of 2 years.
