I can’t download my data after an exam

STANDARD PROCEDURE

To download the sensor’s data to your iPad, the standard procedure is:

  1. Start the download on the iPad by selecting “Download data.”
  2. Get closer to the sensors.
  3. The sensors will connect via BLE to the iPad, then one sensor will switch to Wi-Fi emission mode to act as a gateway to the iPad.
  4. The iPad will display a pop-up to join the sensor’s Wi-Fi network. You must select “Join.”
  5. The sensors will download their data one by one.
  • This occurs after requesting to view the recorded condition results or after completing the exam.

SOME TIPS THAT MAY HELP YOU RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE WITH SENSOR BLE CONNECTION OR EQUISYM WIFI CONNECTION:

  • SOLUTION 1
    Depending on the issue, disable BLE or Wi-Fi via your iPad’s control center: swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen, then re-enable BLE or Wi-Fi using the same button.

  • SOLUTION 2
    If one or more sensors are having trouble reconnecting, close the app and restart it. To do this, double-click the iPad’s home button, swipe the app off the screen, then reopen it from the home screen. Once the EQUISYM® app has restarted, return to the exam and start the download again.

  • SOLUTION 3
    If one or more sensors are still having trouble reconnecting, place the sensors in the case and plug the case in. This will reset the sensors (they will blink), and you should see them reconnect to the iPad.
