Creating a case on the Dashboard Vet will enable you to:
- Gather all examinations for the same horse in one file.
- Use filters to refine your search.
- Give other members access to the file so that they can also access the horse’s EQUISYM® data (veterinarians, owners, etc.).
- Create and download a report.

⚠️ You can only put one horse in a folder, but you can create multiple folders per horse!
