Hello and welcome to your new EQUISYM® adventure! Your EQUISYM® suitcase is about to be delivered, so you need to create your clinic account to ensure that everything goes smoothly when your EQUISYM® arrives. Here are the steps to follow…
Step 1: A few days before your scheduled delivery date…
… You will receive an email from your future CSM (who will be available to assist you in analysing EQUISYM® data later on, see article on the CSM service) to verify some essential information for creating your clinic account:
- Email address,
- Full postal address,
- Telephone number.
It is essential to provide this information so that your CSM can create your clinic account!
Step 2: Your password and activation code.
Once your CSM has created your clinic account, they will send you an email/WhatsApp message with a password and an activation code that has been automatically generated. This will allow you to log in to the EQUISYM® app when you use it for the first time after receiving your kit.
Step 3: Download the EQUISYM® app and activate it.
Your suitcase consists of a lower section containing your limb bracelet and an upper section containing the sensors and the tablet onto which you will need to download the EQUISYM® app.
To do this, connect the tablet to the internet using Wi-Fi and then go to the Apple Store. You will then need to either create an Apple account if you do not have one, or log in with your usual Apple credentials. You can then search for the ‘EQUISYM®’ app in the search bar and download it.
Once the app has been downloaded, you will need to enter the activation code provided by your CSM and then log in using the email address used when creating your clinic and the password provided by your CSM.
You can now use your EQUISYM® for an initial examination!
Attention! We recommend that you change your password as soon as possible! To change it, open the EQUISYM® app on your tablet, then click on the ‘My Account’ icon at the bottom left. Next, click on ‘Reset Password’. You will then receive an automatic email allowing you to change it.
